- All orders are processed within 5 business days (typically 2-3 days).
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. We will notify you of any delays.
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).
- Beard Shine is not liable for packages lost or damaged during shipping. If your package was damaged upon receipt, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team to file a claim.
